Registry Administrators are responsible for assigning roles in the registry to the members of their organisation. They need to make sure that
- The role of Progress Reviewer is is assigned to someone to view and monitor the progress of projects.
- The role of Registration Reviewer is assigned to someone to review the validity of projects that are registered by your organisation before they become visible to external organisations.
- The role of Membership Approver is assigned to people who can approve or reject registration requests from people in your organisation based on the requester’s status in a translation-related role.
- The role of Supporter is given to all users who are supporting Paratext teams in your organisation.
In addition, they can request the creation of sub-organisations and manage roles in them.
Administrators can monitor the activity in their organization and will receive email reports of significant events.
